We’re a small, senior-led team that lives where brand, data and culture meet. Ad World Masters was born out of 20+ years of agency and consulting work for more than 200 European and global brands – from FMCG and finance to tech, platforms and e-commerce.
Today we focus that experience on Africa and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. We help founders and leadership teams clarify what their brand really stands for, choose the right markets and channels, and turn scattered marketing activities into one coherent growth story. Every project is led by strategists, not passed down to juniors – the people you meet on the first call are the people who design your strategy.
We work in English, think globally and respect local context. Our role is to ask the difficult questions, simplify complexity and leave you with a clear roadmap your team can actually execute – so your brand can grow with confidence across Accra, Lagos, Nairobi, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Johannesburg and beyond.

Robert Sosnowski
CVO
Robert is the founder and chief vision officer of AD World Masters, with 20+ years of experience running campaigns for over 200 European and global brands as head of Biuro Podróży Reklamy, Reach a Blogger and Ad World Masters. Trained both at SGH and the Łódź Film School, he combines hard business thinking with a strong creative and storytelling background, which is why he personally leads complex Brand Growth Strategy projects. His role is to challenge assumptions, connect brand, media and business KPIs – and leave your team with a clear, ambitious but realistic roadmap for growth.

Tom Moore
Senior Strategist
Tom is a senior brand and growth strategist who helps leadership teams turn complex markets into simple, actionable plans. With more than a decade of experience across finance, fintech, tech platforms and consumer brands in Europe and the Middle East, he specialises in positioning, go-to-market strategy and channel architecture. At ADWM he leads the analytical side of Brand Growth Strategy – from market sizing and opportunity mapping to designing KPI frameworks – working closely with CEOs and CMOs across Africa and GCC.

Athena Barnes
Strategist
Athena is a brand and communications strategist focused on turning customer insight into sharp narratives and practical execution plans. She has worked on digital, social and e-commerce projects for fast-growing companies, helping them clarify who they are, who they serve and how they show up consistently across channels. At ADWM she leads research, interviews and messaging development, making sure every Brand Growth Strategy is grounded in real customer behaviour and can be implemented by your in-house team and partners.
